Based on the rave reviews, we gave the restaurant three tries and had everything; sushi, teppan and table service. Although the service was usually acceptable, the food wasn't. The reason they must have creative "rolls" is that their ingredients are of questionable grade. Having spoken to the owner on our last visit, it was painfully obvious that this was just another Korean owned Japanese "want-a-be" restuarant. As a person of 100% Japanese heritage, I should have taken my mother's advise and gone back out the door when I didn't see any other Japanese patrons.

Our family favorite
They have the most creative (and delicious) sushi rolls around, and the prices are great. Try Fred's Dragon, the Terry roll and the Yama roll. Basically, everything is good. We live in Thousand Oaks, about 15 minutes away, and always make the trip when sushi is our choice.

Best SUSHI on the planet
By far the BEST sushi on the planet. The chefs are very personable and are courteous. They have a great attitude and atomsphere - they are here for the customers, not the money. I would highly recommend this establishment.
