Try the bluegill. They don't tell you on the menu, but you can have it broiled on request. Also, the fillet is good and so is the shrimp. The only downfall is the smoke from the bar area.

When we entered this restaurant, We felt right at home. Great family atmosphere and quite a history behind this restaurant described on the front menu. I ordered the Lake Perch dinner and my wife chose the Filet & Shrimp. Both items were prepared to perfection. It was the best perch I have tasted in quite a long time. Dinner came with a cheddar cheese ball, crackers, bread, and a soup or salad. I had the chicken dumpling soup which I found out was homemade. My wife's filet was very tender and the shrimp had a sauce that was quite tasty, a little spicey. Our waitress was attentive and checked with us about our meal and drinks while not being pesty. I will definitely return again. Very clean and relaxing.
