I was seated then I got a call that one of my tenants was locked out and her baby was locked inside the unit so I told a Tony Roma's employee that I had to leave just for a few minutes but that i'll be right back and to keep the food coming
and the guy I told said ok i'll let your waiter know.
when I got back 15 min. later someone else was sitting at my table, my bread and glass of water was gone and I only have 15 minutes left on my lunch break. I said did you you move my table or something? and they said oh, you're the guy that left I said yes and I told you guys that I would be right back, you mean you have not even started my food yet? the waiter came by and said oh yes it is ready i'll be back. while time is ticking by employee's are peqking around corners looking at me in fear, so that starts me assuming that the food really isn't ready and that they are scramblin trying to start it right at that time. I got pissed and said I only have 10 minutes left on my lunch break I'm leaving and i left. this was at the encino, ca. store.

Where's Tony?
We walked in and witnessed an employee shouting match. We were quickly seated to escape the commotion and despite all the waitresses pacing up and down, our order was taken by, and delivered by the bartender. The food was grossly misunderstood. We ordered baby back ribs and instead got the baby of some other animal. Small sized portion which tasted like it was microwaved. I e-mailed the corporate office and got a standard reply promising follow-up. That never came. Ambience was quiet and near empty. Go figure.
