Something that I enjoy is Internet Cafes. Now I don't know if this is something that you could do but maybe if you start out small and place just a couple of computers in your restaraunt and online you might attract some younger faces. Just a thought...

I would consider them dead weight and start hiring new employees. It may be that you'll have to pay above minimum wage in order to find some people who are actually willing to work. Have you ever thought about doing that (paying above minimum wage)?

Unfortunately, I don't know any long distance relationships that have ever worked out. I think that the distance is just too difficult to overcome, even with the Internet. I'm sure that someone out there has done it but I don't think that I myself could do it.
