I thought it would be fun to share some of our favorite recipes. One of my favorite types of food is Italian so I will be sharing a recipe for baked ziti with ricotta cheese. Serving Size : 8
15 oz ricotta cheese, part skim milk -- or cottage
2 eggs -- beaten
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
2 tablespoons fresh parsley -- minced
16 oz pasta -- cooked and drained
30 oz tomato sauce -- seasoned
1 cup mozzarella cheese -- shredded Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. In a large bowl, combine ricotta cheese, eggs, Parmesan cheese and seasonings. In another bowl,
thoroughly combine cooked pasta and sauce. Place half the pasta mixture in a 13" x 9" baking dish. Evenly top with cheese mixture and remaining pasta. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese. Bake 35-40 minutes or until bubbly. Let me know if anyone tries it.

Do any of you watch the food network on television? I am addicted to this channel. However, I do not recommend watching it late at night. Every time I do I am in the kitchen looking for something to eat.

I know some of you own a business. I was just wondering if any of you have any type of culinary training or if you learned how to cook on your own. I learned how to cook on my own, but I have always wanted to attend culinary school.

I would try not to hire friends or family members. I just feel that this can cause conflict when running a business. They tend to take advantage of you because they know you. This is just my opinion.

I know there is already a topic posted about sushi, but I have never eaten it. What is your favorite kind of sushi? I am going to a sushi restaurant on my next date and would like to know what I am ordering. Any help would be appreciated.
