I'm going to all the restaurant boards spamming about this restaurant because I want this place to stay in business for years. This is the best chinese place in Pleasant Hill and it's so close to my house. The food is tasty, not too salty, and really spicy if you want it. They have a huge menu and everything I've gotten there so far has been great. I can't say that for some of the other chinese places in PH. Hospitality is good.. I've received appetizers while waiting for my take out! Send your business to this hidden gem, you won't regret it.

We walked in for lunch the week after the grand opening. The furnishings are simple and still evolving, but the focus is on the wonderful food. The menu is large and varied, with standard entrees, dim sum, and more exotic specialties. There is a huge list of hot and cold appetizers. Lunch specials are under six bucks, and include soup, salad, spring roll, entree, and your choice of steamed or fried rice, or noodle. Special requests are welcome. There is also a lunch special with three entrees (you choose) for under twenty bucks. We ordered General Tsou's chicken and Orange peel beef. The soup was eggflower, very mild and soothing. The complimentary tea was Jasmine, loose-leaf. Small green salads came with a flavorful dressing. The entrees were perfectly prepared, and we also received a small plate of complimentary sesame peanuts (dont miss these!), with some Sichuan kim-chi. Basically, the table was covered with food for under $13.00. But the food itself was some of the best we had had in years. The servers were extremely friendly and helpful. We will definately be going back, and soon!
