Restaurant - Japanese

Emphasis at night is more on the sake than the food, but the food is special in that it is not the usual sushi or noodle place. May be as close as you can get to going out after work for drinks and light meal or snacks with Japanese salaryman without going to Japan. Also open week days for lunch with noodles as the menu highlight. Note: It is inside an office building in the basement so there is little or no sign at the street level.

"They have great sake, food, beer and service. (If you don't like watery Kirin, order Hitachino Nest beer! It's a great Japanese beer.) It's a really cool place, but it's not like typical NY lounge bar." (Read More)
