definitely gotta take out of town visitors to roscoes...it's so good even biggie raps about it in his songs...anyways 1/2 chicken is a lot..i usually go with quarter...i think what makes it good is the gravy...without the gravy it's just fried chicken..

I like the waffles and chicken breast. I wouldn't be able to finish a 1/2 chicken though.  Too much food.

Definitely a treat if you want to ignore your diet for the day. The fried chicken here is fabulous, and the waffles are really the best I've ever had.

Best Fried Chicken. Period.
Roscoe's serves up the best fried chicken I've ever had. Tasty, meaty and never greasy. Throw in the delicious waffled (is that cinnamon in there?) and you have a meal that is figuratively, and literally, heart-stopping. No, you shouldn't eat this all the time. But a few times a year, Roscoe's provides a delightful treat.
Recommended: Fried chicken breast and one waffle combo.

Everyone should go to this restaurant at least once in their lives. The combination may sound odd, but you'll never have better waffles or better fried chicken. The service is always very personal, just don't mouth off to Mama, or you are looking at getting smacked.
