I took a party of eight to Lozanos on October 4th, 2007. We arrived at 6 PM to a relatively empty restaurant. Once seated, no one came to our table to offer beverages for 30 minutes! The waitress (who was terrible) took our orders and returned later to inform us that the daily special, of which three of our group ordered, was all gone! Keep in mind that the establishment opened at 5:30pm and the restaurant was mostly empty. They offered swordfish in its place. When the food came, everything was mini-portions. The fish orders were, at best, 1/2-inch thick-it appears as if they halved each regular portion to make two servings. The food was dry and overcooked. Poor service, poor food. Please note that I have been to this place at least five previous times and was completely satisified
