I had the WORST experience at Punkins in Pittsburg. There were seven of us. We waited a LONG time to be seated. Once seated, the waitress only gave us the menu and left. We waited another LONG time until I saw the guy that picks up the dirty dishes and asked him to let someone know that we were ready to order. Someone showed up and took our order of drinks. This person brought our drinks and disappeared. I had to call the attention of yet another employee to let her know we were ready to order. Some of the orders did not come complete. They came in 2 - 3 parts. When the bill was brought to me, the waitress did not show up. I had to go to the cashier to pay for our meal. This was my first experience at Punkins and for sure, it will be my last one, too.

Great Breakfast!!!
We love Punkins!!! It has a great hoemtown feel to it. The waitresses are so sweet and friendly! My kids love breakfast sausage and pancakes. It's really nice because of it's cute decorations, service and great food!! Especially breakfast!!!

Good food, good people!
Since moving to Pittsburg, I've fallen in love with Punkins! The restaurant truly has that hometown feel and I like that about places I dine. Their food is great and I always leave with a smile on my face. The best part is that the owners and most of the staff know who I am rather than a fake 'hello' you might get at some bigger 'homestyle' restaurants.
Recommended: Philly Cheesesteak Sandwich, Club Sandwich, Punkins Monster Burger, House Salad w/homemade ranch dressing

More food than you can eat.
Mmm Mmm good. Wow. I can't get over how much food they served us. The French Dip sandwich was huge. The cut of roast beef was the best I have ever had. I highly recommend Punkins to anyone who wants great home style cooking at a great value.
