Great food, a true Italian experience
This Olive Garden was not initially meant to be one, it was at first an old Mexican restaurant. That's why its a bit smaller than other Olive Gardens. They have a tremendous amount of servers (have I ever been served twice by the same person?), who are all kind and approach with their required wine speech. The service is exquisite, the food even more so; the salad is never-ending, as are the breadsticks with every entree (pizza for some reason is not considered an entree). I have met the GM, Julie, who is a most adept manager and sweet as can be. While most of the servers are quite young, they are efficient and well trained. The entrees are always hefty, so don't fill up on salad and breadsticks (I know, it's so hard not to!). The ambiance really speaks for itself once you're inside, this restaurant (and chain) is very well managed. Side note: The minty chocolates that come with the bill are a yummy touch.
Recommended: You must try their unique tasting raspberry lemonade, other than that, pretty much everything on the menu is excellent
