This restaurant would be better served as a parking lot for the OTHER restaurants in town. Mardini is (for lack of a better way to say it) a complete tool and the food is way overpriced and undercooked - not a good combination! The ambiance is ok, but the jerkoff owner combined with slow service and uneven (at best) food just don't warrant going back.

The waiter at mardinis is the most amazing man i have ever laid eyes on. He is a dream. I have been too mardinis several times and always enjoy the food and atmosphere, but it wasnt until recentley that i truly discovered the treasure hidden within its stucco walls. I will never forget him as he first aproached our table, tall, mysterious, seductive, yet safe somehow. and as he spoke of specials, all i could hear was the man inside talking only to me in words only my heart could understand. From then on i knew that i would return to mardinis often, always requesting Mohamed as my server, yet it is I who would serve him, had i the opertunity. but for now i am content to order my meal and throw him a smile i hope he will remember.

say hi to my angel if you see him before me. he is here for all the world to share and i would be wrong to try and hide him from you.

Steamed clams are exceptional, the very best!
Mardinis has the best clam sauce that I have ever tasted!!!

Mardini's... A Mediterranean delight!!!!!
I can tell you from experience that Mardini's represents the style, taste and gastronomic delights of the Mediterranean region in, little downtown Snohomish. Where to start? The charming restaurant has a wonderful menu selection. The presentation is always mouth watering and portion size will surely leave you with a lunch for the next day. I tell you, the service has always been top of the line! With their big smiles and warm welcomes, you're sure to go back to visit and enjoy their great selections of wine and food. I love the ambiance in the lounge where there is always entertainment most of the week and great smiles from the staff. Bottom line is that the food is great and the prices are more than reasonable and I love the atmosphere at Mardini's. They always make me feel at home. Try it! I think you'll come back for more.
Recommended: A delightful scrumptious pasta topped with white sauce and chicken , sausage , red peppers and parm. cheese. My favorite!!!

I have been to Mardini's four times now, and had the best time! Great food! Three pages or more now. Yes, higher priced but well worth it, mouth was watering even after done! Mr. Mardini is a charmer, and treats everyone with respect. The second time I was there my friend had a birthday party, he brought us the most scrumptious birthday meal with extra plates, and a humongous smile!

Where to start? This restaurant has a one-page menu: a few salads, a few over-priced steaks, some fish... There is nothing on the menu that is very interesting, let alone cheap. The atmosphere is fairly good, but the food just can't back up the ritzy feel. I heard from someone that used to work there that the chef can whip up just about anything you ask, but why can't he put some of them on the menu? I want to see what is possible, not try to invent something. The whole point of going out to eat is not cooking (and therefore not having to think off the top of your head about what you may want). The waiter was not exactly friendly, buy wasn't overly rude. All in all, don't go to Mardini's.
