Best Deep Dish in the USA
Chain or not, Lou's is the best deep dish pizza in Chicagoland. I've been to Uno's, Due's, Gino's etc etc, Lou's is tops in my opinion. The crust is crispy, buttery with a hint of corn meal. Tomato sauce topping is tart and has chunks of tomatoes in it. The sausage covers the entire diameter of the pie. Fresh mushrooms are used.
