No Longer Consistent in Many Franchises.
Beware the "Customer Appreciation Day" blitz. After trying this "special" four times to give this usually-excellent chain the benefit of the doubt, we have to conclude that the "Customer Appreciation" special is NOT-SO-SPECIAL. Avoid it at all costs. Yes, you can get any size pizza for one low price BUT - the crust will be thinner, the cheeze will be barely there, and there will be no sprinkling of parmesan. Four out of four times, we have eaten one slice and pitched the rest out. Now - to be fair - on a regular day, at the regular price , this pizza chain delivers tasty meals at a reasonbale price.
