Le goût de Paris!
I have dined at Latour more than 20 times since its opening. I love French cuisine and I believe this is the best French restaurant in the area, outside of NYC. The service is fine, but the food and cozy space are what make this bistro a personal favorite. The owner is always pleasant and mingling. This a great place to take a date or treat your other half to really good French fare.
Recommended: The tastings menu is a must!

Food was good but uneven. Some of the dishes were over cooked. Overall good but a little bit pricy for the quality of the food.
