my event was supose to be the very best day for my daughter, celebrating her quince, we suposed the people from las trancas would treat us with respect as we hoped, instead they did the opposite.all of guest were treated with much disrespect, we paid for valet parking, but instead they asked my guest to park themselfs in the street. the food was horrible nothing we expeted just nasty,and to top it they serverd very little. the owners are just greety, and selfish.they were present all through out the party just checking everything and giving us more and more headaches. and they even got mad for me complaning table cloths i had paid for and were not placed like they were supose to. they even broke an expencive center piece, and up to the day they have not repaid it back. my daughter ( the birthday girl) asked for a glass of water and was denied by the OWNER! i honestly, dont recomend that hall to anyone. this experince will tramatize me forever. dddddooooonnnnttttttt rrrrrrrreeeeeeeeennnnnnnttttt iiiiitttt!!!!!!
