kelly's is the best diner in somerville, forget about the rosebub in davis, kelly's is the true classic.

I tried Kelly's Diner the other day and it was awesome. Great atmosphere service and quality food. Go to Kelly's you won't be disappointed.

Kelly's ... Yuck!
Due to inclement weather and the long line outside of Soundbites, I decided to try Kelly's. My coffee was reminiscent of the day-old reheated sludge that I had to indulge while serving in the desert. The pancakes were anything but fluffy and tasted what I only can imagine a worn out old sweaty flip flop must taste like. Never again will I stray from Soundbites.

Best Diner in the Area
Love the place. I live about 100 yards from the place and go 3-4 times per week. The waitresses are snappy and fun. Always order breakfast, and ask for extra crispy bacon. Yum!

Good, Fast and Greasy -- Skip Soundbites, Go to Kelly's!
Right on the corner in Ball Square is a classic silver diner -- it was brought in on a truck from Delaware! Kelly's is the real thing: a greasy spoon with huge portions, bottomless coffee, sassy waitstaff, and local flavor. Early is best, although even with many people waiting on a weekend the turnover is quick. Big fluffy omelets are a good bet, as is the french toast or a breakfast sandwich. At lunch, there's a daily special, including a New England boiled dinner -- corned beef, "pa-day-das" and carrots. With oldies on the radio and James Dean in the doorway (really!), why on earth anyone ever waits in that line for Soundbites down the street is a mystery. :-)
