What Happened to the Greatest Hot Spot for Summer Fun
Jolly Italian Cafe was a well-known establishment serving customers for nearly 20 years. It had become one of the main attractions for many events. Its great menu and affordable prices made it one of Toronto's favourite down-town locations. We had ventured down to St. Clare one afternoon and realized that it no longer existed. This may be one of the major factors for "Little Italy's" sudden demise. We are very disapointed by its closure, and hope to see its re-openinng in a new location. I have yet to come across any cafe/restaruant, with the same character and friendly service.
