As a 30+ year resident of Agoura/Oak Park, I can tell you that the Italia Deli has the best sandwiches in town, hot or cold. You cannot go wrong with whatever you choose. Fresh meat/cheese and bread/rolls baked fresh each morning. Now living in Simi you realize how much you miss having THE BEST right down the street!
