MY best summer
my jr summer i was in benicia staying with my aunt, i hung out at wolves coffee house every day...it was so great...i met so many people... steve, elazar, ryan, landen, anna, thomas, waren, ben and more....i loved benicia, and i only say the best about it there. i will move to benicia some day...not too long from now. :)

I spent most of my high school life at this place. My first shows, my first relationship, my first cup of coffee, all with the confines of those walls, and the ceiling that used to be the floor.

The people who work there are pretty darn great...besides an occasional mess up...I forgive them because they're just so darn friendly. Aww..they make me happy! Josh and John (jon?) (who have no idea who I am) are great. mmmmm...mocha freeze.

Wolves is Doubleplus Good
Wolves is cool. I've been getting coffee there forever give or take a few days, and there's always been a random conversation or a chance encounter waiting at its caffeinated doors.

Company
I enjoy In The Company of Wolves. I live near Benicia and frequent this cafe a lot. There are many cafes down First Street, but I love the ambiance of Company. Being an artist, I enjoy going in and seeing local artist pieces displayed on the rustic walls, I love the happy hippy moods of the employees, I love the fact that people come in like they just got out of bed for a great cup of coffee and a friendly atmosphere. It is a great place for coffee, art, and people watching.

Wolves
Punks, goths, beatnicks, starving artists, mods, and anyone who likes good live music on the weekends hang out here. On late weekend nights, customers usually hang outside of Wolves Cafe blocking the street. Wolves has the artistic and poetic ambiance that all cafes should have. I've met many interesting folks here.
Recommended: for strong coffee I recommend the Stalker, but I also like the Milky Way (it's very chocolatey, with lots of caramel)

Horrible -- they Must Recycle Coffee Grounds or Something
This place has horrible coffee. I've been coming here for the past two years, but I've finally had enough. Every single time I get a coffee drink I leave with stomach problems. I thought it was just me, but apparently all my friends tell me they have the same experience. This place is horrible, the only reason I like this place is because it's a relaxing atmosphere, but I can find this elsewhere.

In the Company of Wolves
Wolves rocks my socks in a major way. Its the only place for the 'bored youth' to hang out which is greatly appreciated and good bands like Commonweatlh, BPD and The Pact make appearances. Where to find the hippest people in Benicia .. and a lot of lurking cop cars. Now that I have moved to Massachusettes in the middle of nowhere I really miss that place.
