WE HAVE BEEN YOUR CUSTOMER FOR AT LEAST 20 YEARS. BUT LATELY THE SERVICE AT YOUR STORE IN CULVER CITY HAS BEEN SO BAD, WHEN YOU USED TO HAVE WHITE KIDS WORKING, I USED TO SEE A BIG BUNCH OF THEM, AND LOVE TO DRIVE AND GET A BURGER, NOW YOU HAVE A SPANISH MANAGER WITH A SMALL GROUP OF SPANISH EMPLOYEES, TONIGHT WE WAITED MORE THAN 30 MINUTES FOR OUR ORDER, BY THE TIME WE GOT THE FOOD WAS SO COLD.
