Poor Service
Hi-Rise was recommended to me by friends from Cambridge and we took their suggestion because we were tourists in Boston and needed to find a place with good sandwiches and fresh bread. I wish I had spent my $15 somewhere else because they lost our order, the service was incredibly unfriendly and they were very unapologetic about our having to wait for more than 20 minutes for our food. Needless to say, we were very disappointed.

Amazing Breads and Desserts
This place is expensive, but so far everything has been worth it. They also have sandwiches, salads, and they sell wine and beer. You order at the counter and try to get a table (it's often pretty busy). The Boston brown bread, raisin pecan loaf, and vanilla bean loaf are some favourites
