I ordered from this joint on April 14th from my friends’ house a few minutes after they had called to place an order with them, and used my charge. Aside from the food not being that great, my friend’s food came 20 minutes later than mine and was cold....go figure.

In addition, when I was looking at my charge statement, the restaurant had charged me for both orders! When I called about it the owner was incredibly rude and said I must have authorized it. When I told him I had not, he accused my friends of stealing my credit card!

He flat out refused to refund the fraudulent charges, even though I explained it is illegal to charge another customers order to someone without their permission. So now I have to go through the credit card company's drawn out process to dispute the charges.

There are so many better restaurants in the area that choose to do business the legal way, and deliver in this area....I have no idea why anyone would want to go with Helen's.
