get over it, your husband is probably retarded. You have put this complaint on several websites, and the story is always a bit different. Anyone who reads this should know that this is the only bad comment given about this restaurant. Everything else is positive. With that in mind, I have to agree with the manager, it was probably the fault of this whiney, sniveling customer.

Great food but extremely poor service when ordering food to be delivered. On May 1, 2007 my husband gave the person who answered the phone an order at 5:15 p.m. He was told it would be delivered within 20-30 minutes. When food had not been delivered after 1 hour and 30 minutes, he called back. He talked to a manager to explain the problem. She was extremely rude and said it was "all his problem" and apparently could care less about a frequently ordering customer. At other times we have been put on hold for a long time while orders in the restaurant were being taken. Even this is understandable when it's busy, but this person's rudeness and lack of concern was extremely frustrating.
