Hi Kelly! Good to see you moving ahead on something that you've probably been dreaming about for a while now. What kind of business are you going to be starting? I know that there is going to be some rough spots ahead but keep your head up and keep a smile on your face. Good luck!

I think that the hardest thing is the start up cash, if you already have that then you are well on your way. The next hardest thing is if you are going to be hiring employees, it is very hard to find people that are dependable. I wish you luck and hope that I have given you something to think about!

I would try not to hire friends or family members. I just feel that this can cause conflict when running a business. They tend to take advantage of you because they know you. This is just my opinion.

Very good point Lauren, I will not even hire friend's of friend's I think that it is better to just hire from the newspaper that way if they do not work out there is no hard feelings with anyone.

The thing that you have to be sure about is are you dedicated and do you have the time to be dedicated? At first you will feel like you live and breathe your business, this will eventually slow down once you get things established but the stress at first can sometimes be overwhelming. Just keep your stess level in check and you will be fine!
