What do you think it the toughest aspect of management. I know a lot of people would agree that dealing with your employees is the hardest part. But I think I would hate all the paperwork.
Well I am an assistant manager right now and the hardest part of my job is definantly dealing with the employees, I can not wait to get to a better position in management so that I am dealing with a little better quaility of employee to deal with.
I think that the toughest part of management from what I have seen has to be answering to a million people. Every manager that I have known has has so much stress from the demands, I could never handle that job.
When I was doing retail management there really wasn't anything that I minded doing. I really liked it and wish that I was still able to do it but since having a baby I decided to stay home part time.
