Terrible experience. Celebrating 65th birthday. Special of evening Sockeye Salmon was very undercooked and presentation was lacking any creativity. Seasonal salad also on the evening special was served with mushy tomatoes and overall was tasteless and unappealing. Even the coffee was mediocre. The waiter was terribly busy and basically flew by our table from time to time. We've eaten at D&J in past years and it was excellent. This most recent dinner was very diasppointing. We probably will not return.

Great Place!
My husband and I have been going to D & J's for years. Service and food are great! Excellant wine list, including a reserve list makes for many choices. Atmosphere is warm and friendly. Dominque and Stephan, always greet all guests, as well as go to tables to ensure your pleasure.
Recommended: Lamb, fish and beef all are excellant!

Fantastic
Excellent French restaurant. Little secret in Lake Zurich. Always packed on weekends. Highly recommended!!
