Hip in Hoboken
When I first walked past this place, I instantly fell in love with its minimal, sleek design. The food was no disappointment ~ the menu is innovative but stays true to some authentic american comfort food (did anyone say mac and cheese?). The service was great and the owner seems very laid-back. I can't thank him enough for bringing us a little piece of sophistication.

I live in Hoboken and I eat out at least 5 times a month. I was pleasantly surprised when someone told me to check this place out. It's a breath of fresh air in a town of "roasted peppers and mozzarella". Their brunch is outstanding!! Eggs Benedict on Buttermilk biscuits... and the French Toast is the best in town. Dinner is even better... their Hanger Steak was terrific and my fiance had the Red Snapper and she loved it as well. I highly reccommend this place.

All I have to say is that it was very good, more than I expected. The people that own and work at the place are very nice and relaxed. I enjoyed it and would go back, and so should you.
