Colimas
I live in Louisiana and visit San Diego frequently. I was turned on to Colimas by my brother-in-law. I've ate at many places in SD, but this has got to be the best. I make it a point to make Colimas my first and last stop on my visits to SD.
Recommended: Carne asada burrito, tierra y mar
