My experience at Clancy's in Glendale was aweful. First of all, our party of 4 were seated at a small table that barely fit us when some of our appetizers were delivered. We had to get rid of some of the excess plates and stack them up in the center ourselves. It took at least 10 min. until someone noticed them. I ordered stuff mushrooms, a full plate (1 lb.) of Alaskan King Crab with side orders of corn & rice and other items. My stuffed mushrooms were delivered to me at room temp. when it was said to be steaming hot! The first time they brought my King Crab plate, there were at least 2 crab legs that were 1/2 way hallow and some were cold when you touched them then the side dishes were at room temp. again! The manager brought my plate to the back. The second time, some of the crab legs were still cold and still a hallow crab leg! Since I paid for a full 1 lb. I should be entitled to a full pound! I was disappointed with the food quality that I decided I didn't want dessert or feel that I should have had to wait so long to eat! The manager didn't offer any time of compensation for all the trouble. I think that the manager felt it was my problem when in fact I am the paying customer willing to pay for what I asked for and I didn't ask for cold food or a portion of a pound of crab legs but be charged for a full pound!
