First, it is overpriced. Even the Junior and kid's menu is overpriced. With the cost, you would expect at least good service but the waitress attending to us never filled up our iced tea. Only once. We had our kid locate someone for more water, tea or to bring us the check! Waving our hands for somebody was not enough. It was even a Thursday night!. Food is very mediocre - we ordered a full rack of baby back ribs which was very dry. The sauce was in a very small cup and it was not enough. The honey fish & chips was not fresh. We could have complained but we did not want to wait and we had to go to work the following day. I could have gone to Chicago Ribs in Manhattan Beach with half the price because they always had good coupons and I would have been happier. I do not recommend going to Claim Jumper. With the price of each entree, it is not something to rave about. It can be compared to what you get from Disneyland.
