Chef Amaury is an eclectic bistro where anything goes. Dinner is served on Friday and Saturdays between 6:00p.m.-9:00p.m. The menu can include New American cuisine as well as Latin, french, Italian, and Midwest inspired food. The menu is prix fix and ranges for three courses from $25.00-$60.00 per person depending on the amount of courses and the type of food. Reservations are not required but recommended. The place is small and seats no more than 26 people. During the day and week lunch is served after 11:00am. Fresh hot panini's are available as well as an assortment of imported soft drinks and Intelligentsia Coffees.

Passion for Food
Chef Amaury does not have a job, he has a passion he lives. If only all of us could enjoy our lives to that degree. Will always recommend anything on his menu.

A true diamond in the rough
This in my opinoin is one of the top eateries in the Chicago land area. The service is always always always friendly and inviting, the setting is intimate, and the food is exquisite with ever changing creative menus drawing influence from Europe to the Caribbean. The chef here prides himself on only using the finest ingredients and he has a passion the comes through in the food.
