Caruso's has been in business for many years in the Sylmar area and has always enjoyed a fine reputation for good food. Since the new owner has taken charge a few years back, Caruso's has thrived. The ambiance, good will and excellent quality of their food makes them a well-attended place to dine. We frequently order pizza and sandwiches from Caruso's and have always found their food to be excellent. I highly recommend Caruso's for an enjoyable evening with your friends or for simply ordering take-out to be enjoyed in the quiet and comfort of your home. Be sure and sample their lunch buffet. There is always a tasty variety of goodies available.

Lots more than pizza. Great sauces. Try pasta with mushroom sauce, with or without sausage. The sausage is great also. Ample dinner salads which include garbanzo, cheese and olives. Shrimp diavola, chicken in lemon caper sauce even mahi-mahi are all excellent. Blue collar family ambiance. Food is superior to expensive white table cloth eateries. Very tasty dishes served in a friendly atmosphere. My relatives from Northern Calif. come to dine here whenever they are in town indicating they have nothing as good up north.

What a surprise. A tiny place in a little shopping center. Not much to look at, but the food is magnificent! Fresh, tasty, and nothing tastes like it came out of a can like OTHER higher end Italian restaurants in the immediate area. Great pasta, sides, and the salad bar is unbelieveable!
