Outstanding Food
First, I grew up near the “canyon lands” of SE Utah upon which the motif of this restaurant is based -- and they have captured the essence with class. I love the earth tones and the primitive and Native American Indian art. Second, I love food from the Southwest, Mexican, Indian and American. The dishes here are a wondrous fusion of these great tastes. Last but not least. I have found the service to always be delightful. They help is first – helpful, and cheerful, and very attentive. I eat here about three times a week usually.

Great Food, Large Amounts
Pick two dishes, like a salad and Thai Wrap and ask them to split them with a friend. You'll be surprised at the amount of each served. The peanut sauce on the side of the Thai Chicken Wrap is great for a couple in which one person likes their meal less spicy. The only negative is that the noise level at lunch is very high and it is hard to carry on a conversation. Maybe that's because the food is not a well kept secret and so the restaurant is packed.
