This is the best restaruant in Oakland. MaRK AND mICHEAL ARE ALWAYS SO FRIENDLY THEY ACT LIKE UNCLES TO ME. I ORDER FROM THER ALL THE TIME EVEN IF I AM NOT ACTUALLY IN THE RESTARUANT TO ENJOY THE FOOD HAVING IT DELIVERED IS GREAT TO BUT I PERFER TO GOTHERE SO I CAN SEE MARK AND MICHEAL. i WOULD RECCOMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYBODY EVEN RANDOM PEOPLE ON THE STREET. i ALWAYS GET SOME TYPE OF FISH WITH PENNA CON POLLO AND A SALAD AND IT IS DELICOUS EVERYTIME. I CAN'T WAIT OT GO BACK.

As soon as you walk in, you are greeted with such friendliness you are overwhellemed. Michael and Mark (the owners) treat you like family. I must say this is my favorite restaurant of all time! :)

We go there every chance we can. We love their Pollo Amore and the margarite pizza is excellent. My wife tried a sausage dish and said it was best ever

Great Food Great Price
Michael the owner of Cafe L'Amore treats you like family when you arrive. I have not found a dish on the menu that I would consider a "miss," and the wood fired brick oven pizza is out of this world. Oh yeah did I mention that the prices are very reasonable for the quantity and quality of the food. The only downfalls are the large crowds on weekends and the lack of parking.
