I have been going to Box Seats for 4 months now, never miss a week. The manager is a sweetheart, always on the ball. Wait staff, very friendly and fast. The food excellent, haven't had a dish I don't like yet. Its home cooking at its best..........

Never a problem

Great Time
Me and my family had a great time along with excellent food when we went to box seats in Woonsocket. The soup bar and delicious appetizers were very good. The kids meals, boneless buffalo wings, low prices and 20 draft beers were a very nice touch to our meal. We also visited the ones in Smithfield and North Attleboro (both of which were recently sold to other owners from the original one) and they were terrible. The original Box Seats in Woonsocket is definetly alot better than the other two privately owned ones. The Box Seats in Woonsocket is definetly the place to go when your in doubt.

Excellent food
The calamari appetizer was delicious as were the overstuffed sandwiches. Very friendly staff and good atmosphere during lunchtime when we went. We will definitely go there again.

Not Happy !!!
We went to Box Seats in Smithfield and were disappointed in the food & service. First, our food came out while we were still eating our salad & soup. The ccrod was overcooked. It was New Year's Eve and we were rushed so we did not have time to relax and enjoy our time together alone without our 3 children. Not Happy !!

We Lost That Loving Feeling
Tonight my wife and I went to Box Seats and were very disappointed. We had been faithful supporters of the restaurant since it opened. To our surprise we found that their 2 for Tuesday menu and prices had changed. It had been 2 months since we had been there (due to being in Florida). Soup of the day was onion soup which lacked onions and onion taste. Iit consisted of beef bullion and too much pepper. The salad was about 1/3 of what they usually serve and was wilted. Can you imagine paying $11.99 for fish & chips? I had a Fisherman’s platter with overcooked cod, 2 shrimp, and scallops which were good and cooked properly. On their menu it said new portion sizes. Well that meant they put out 3 times the condiments rather than food. The only saving factor was my drink that they couldn't screw up or overcook. We will not be returning.

Don't waste your time!
The food is not that good to say the least! I'm not sure why it's so overrated, perhap because there aren't many others in the Smithfield area to compare it to! The food is tasteless! On a scale of 1-10 I give it a 2.

The grand slam clam plate is a favorite. This is a family type restaurant during the day and a sports bar-singles spot after 9.00 pm.
