Went there for lunch and ordered veggie burrito ($8) and ceasar salad with chicken ($9). Both were lacking in taste. Ceaser salad had sundried tomatoes, which was strange. Veggie burrito had no flavor, VERY boring. Food selection is very limited. Not very vegetarian friendly.
Waiter gave us the wrong check and didn't even notice it when it was paid. I only realized it afterwards and had to go back to have the error corrected, which was a pain because they already ran my card. Staff seems spaced out / kind of strange but nice.
The decor is nice, very modern/contemporary. It looks very impressive when you walk in. Lots of leather. I sat in a booth, which had a big couch instead of a bench seat. It was comfortable for lounging, but not cohesive for dining. The outdoor patio looked nice, although it was much too hot to sit there at the time.
There was plenty of free parking and it's easy to find.

Service was less than acceptable. Poor communication and follow up. When we had a problem with our meals no one was to be found and when we finally did the server did not care that our food was cold and the other was overcooked and hard. Thanks for Nothing !!

Blue's menu is evolving
Blue's menu is evolving into not just Mexican and Carribean, but also Italian and American. They are always improving meals and adding new tasty ones so it keeps people coming back for more.
Recommended: Crusted Pecan Chicken, Seafood Platter, Brie Salad
