Yes, its' the best !!!
I am from SF and I should know, but to my surprise on a trip to the Midwest, I should happen to be invited to Best Hunan by a high tech colleague. The soft shell crabs specials are innovative and absolutely fresh. Where else can one obtain Peking Duck at the moment's impulse and see a traditionally prepared duck served 45 minutes later right from the oven. The staff and management are nontypical Chinese ambivalent kind, they overwhelm you with their hospitality and accommodating attitude to our almost unreasonable requests. Can't wait to return to the Chicago area for another such meal.
