BCD Tofu House has a large selection of tofu soups.  They also have Tofu Soup combinations as well.  I like the Beef Bulgogi Soon Tofu Combination because it comes with the bbq beef as well as a bowl of tofu soup.  You get to choose how spicy you want the soup to be. The great thing about this place is that they're open 24 hours so if you ever get hungry in the middle of the night, you can always eat here.
