Bad Service, worse management
One of the worst experiences of my life. My food never arrived and no one, including the general manager seemed to care. I was completely ignored by the wait staff as well as the management. This restaurant needs to take a long look at itself and change the direction of its course. I only hope that this bad attitude does not spread to the other two restaurants owned by the same company (L'Opera and The Madison).
