There is a possibility that it won't work out w/ your boss. If it doesn't, the awkwardness would be really difficult to get over. It's not worth risking a good employee/employer relationship. Get to know him..if you totally fall in love w/ him, go for it obviously..or if he begs you to introduce him to one of your friends, do it..but otherwise, don't take the initiative to "help" him. Who knows--maybe he doesn't even want to date right now.

There is no ideal age. You should get married when you find someone that you REALLY want to marry.
But before you even consider marriage, you have to know what you are looking for in a person. Obviously, you can't be tooo picky..some people go into relationships w/ this expectation that everything is going to be perfect--girl/guy is gorgeous, no flaws, dresses well, perfect everything, no arguments, etc. No one is perfect. Those movie stars that we compare people too have their flaws also. They are paid to look good, obviously they have to appear "perfect." Arguments will occur, it's inevitable, but it's how you deal w/ those arguments that shows if a particular relationship is going to work out.
LOL...I can go on and on but basically, when you find the right person, you will want to get married and age won't even be a factor.

Great place, amazing prices, and delicious! Whenever I'm w/in 20 minutes of Westwood, I definitely stop at this place. I totally recommend it! I love their ice cream and cookies. Just typing this makes me want to have some!! mmmmmmm.
Only issue: Parking sucks! But that's w/ any place in LA :(

Baja Fish Tacos is a great place. My best friend took me there a month ago and I absolutely loved it. I had a shrimp taco combo. The shrimp tacos are amazing!! I even had one today. I can't remember the name of it but they have this great tasting Mexican cheese on it. I think they honestly have the best shrimp tacos anywhere. I also had rice and black beans with my meal. The rice is great and so are the beans. There is something special about their rice. It's plain, white rice but it tastes great!
I would choose this place over my used-to-be favorites like Chillis, Claim Jumper and BJs..This place is great!
