I stopped into the restaurant about 5:40 PM on a Thursday 6/22/2006 with my wife. It was a last minute thought and we decided to have a light meal. After ordering two items the female sushi preparer kept pointing to a $15 minimum sign and gave us a disgusting look as if we violated some type of old country rule. The two items with one beverage came to $18. The vibrations from the female chef was so bad we decided to leave. On the way out I told her if I offended you in any way I apoligize. She grunted and gave me a smirk type look. The food was very good but the vibrations from the chef was so bad it tainted the entire experience.

Incredible Sushi Experience
In my opinion, this is not a sushi restaurant, but instead it is a place for an out-of-this-world raw seafood experience! Don't go here to order a California Roll or Yellowtail nigiri. This is sushi on a level light years above. Miki, the lone female sushi chef, is an extremely talented and imaginative seafood artist who composes unique combinations of raw fish, seaweed, rice and vegetables with incredible sauces in incredible presentations. Not only is each dish a work of visual art, it is a culinary masterpiece. Although the restaurant is very tiny, Miki is the only chef, so bring your patience, and you will be greatly rewarded.
